We respect your decision to change your mind. We give top priority to every request to cancel an order. Once our warehouse has confirmed that the order has been cancelled, we will issue a prompt refund. Please note, however, that sometimes an order is too far along in the shipping process to be cancelled. In this case, we will assist you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the order for a refund. Simply let us know your order number to cancel, and we'll get started on the cancellation process immediately.
