Need to return or exchange an item? No problem. We allow 30 days to return any non-custom item. You only pay return shipping costs.
To return an item, we'll need to send you an RMA Number (Return Authorization Number) and return address so you can return your wrapped item for a refund. You can start the return process with just your order number (starts with IRD-) and the email address on your order and we will email the Return Details to you.
Once submitted, please allow us 1-3 business days to process your return request and check all of our Shipper's rates to find the best return cost for your particular order.
